Value Engineering: By inviting proven subcontractors that embrace our collaborative culture to be involved in our projects, we maximize quality, value and timely delivery. Based on conceptual plans, key subcontractors provide rough (non-binding) budgets and value engineering suggestions. During the design process, we distribute preliminary plans and ask for input on constructability. Those who participated in the design review process provide final binding subcontract bids. Clients benefit from well-reviewed construction plans and highly competitive pricing.
