Landmark Construction Hiring Collaborative Employees

Loomis-based Landmark Construction has grown steadily since 1998 and had its best year ever in 2015. The general contractor is currently looking for staff to fill a number of positions including: Estimator, Contract Administrator, Construction Administrative Assistant, Project Engineer and IT Support Coordinator.

The California builder attributes it growth and success in winning and retaining clients to its collaborative approach. Co-Founders Joe Bittaker and Paul Hanson established Landmark Construction with the idea that public sector customers would benefit from commercial building management methods that had worked effectively on private sector projects.

The company continues to grow and is seeking employees who want to work collaboratively with owners, architects, subcontractors and the internal team to proactively plan projects and seek positive resolution of issues during construction. Open communication and dedication to customer satisfaction is paramount in achieving the collaborative culture.

The success of this unique approach being applied to everything from small remodel projects to building massive and complex facilities is evident in that Landmark Construction has had 100% success in delivering projects within the budget and on-time without disputes.

Recent new hires Tracy Asher and Marty Flaherty as Project Managers exemplify the attitude that Landmark Construction is seeking in building a responsive, results-oriented team of professionals to build schools and other public facilities in the Sacramento region and Northern California.
