Location: Rocklin, CA

Salary Range: $25 – $35 per hour – Full Time, In Office

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR:

• You assist Marketing Manager, Preconstruction Manager with proposal process including: reviewing, writing, formatting, layout, assembly, production and delivery.
• You update and track prequalification with various clients
• You assist with internal and external event planning
• You create marketing content for Social Media
• You update marketing collateral and newsletters, maintain marketing library
• You support Marketing Manager with administrative tasks

YOU HAVE:

• At least 2 years of course work studying Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, English, Communications or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours, and travel as required for business needs
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work under and hold others to deadlines

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
• Experience in Marketing for an A/E/C firm
• Excellent communication abilities through various channels
