Modernization and New Multipurpose Building

Landmark was selected to deliver, together with HED Architects, a new multipurpose building and modernization for Folsom Cordova Unified School District. The modernization at Blanche Sprentz Elementary School was a mutli-phase project on an occupied campus. Phase one included the demolition and replacement of existing restrooms as well as a new fire hydrant. Several improvements to the parking and bus loading lot were made to include new vehicular routes and ADA compliance. Updates to the Hardcourts were also completed. Phase two included the demolition of several buildings to make way for a new multipurpose building.
