Landmark recently completed the new main office TI project for PCOE (Placer County Office of Education) in Rocklin. The casual, modern outdoor employee break areas emphasize relaxation with this high-quality, contemporary design from our partners Hibser Yamauchi Architects, Inc. Collins Electrical Company, Inc., Valley Communications, Inc., James L. Harris Painting contributed to this tenant improvement project with upgraded LED lighting, full height glass office walls, a new kitchen, Board Room dais, new restrooms, relocated the main Electrical and Communications MDF Rooms, advanced audiovisual systems, new flooring, ADA ramps, painted every wall and constructing new “living walls” of live plants.
