How does the Davis Joint Unified School District save taxpayer money on construction? By hiring Landmark teamed with HMC Architects to frame a majority of the five classroom structures off-site reducing construction traffic, noise and disruption of teaching professionals educating their students. This Lease-Leaseback project, which includes TK Classroom Additions at Korematsu, Montgomery, North Davis, Pioneer, and Willett Elementary Schools, will be complete this June.
