HVAC Progress at Woodland High School

Landmark is mid-way through an extensive HVAC system upgrade to reduce energy costs by upgrading HVAC systems at the Woodland High School campus in the Woodland Joint Unified School District. Fourteen (14) multi-zone HVAC rooftop units are being lifted onto seven (7) buildings connected with new piping. Phase 1 included removal of all HVAC units and piping. Mark III Construction, Inc. is skillfully fusing new HDPE piping running from a central campus, chilled water unit distributing to all building HVAC units. This is a highly technical procedure with many quality control steps to ensure manufacturer compliance, system performance and warranty for the District.
