TK Classroom Modernizations

Landmark recently completed this multi-phased, multi-site modernization project with CA+SA Studio and Van Pelt Construction Services. Awarded in January of 2024, this modernization of eleven TK Classrooms on ten District-owned sites located in Napa and American Canyon, was completed over two short summer months.

Modernization of the TK spaces at ten campuses was phased and split into two waves of five schools each, depending upon their location and scope of work. The modernization included finishes such as walls, ceiling tiles, floors, carpet, LVT, and paint. The project also included exposed electrical routing, door trim, casework/countertops, and modernization of accessible restrooms.
