Landmark was selected to partner with the District on this long anticipated stadium upgrade project. Due to challenging existing conditions and limited funding, the team worked during Preconstruction to develop numerous value engineering alternatives to meet both the budget and the needs of the community. Once the GMP was approved, the team worked closely with the occupied site to provide maximum access for academic and athletic programs while maintaining safety. We successfully delivered new bleachers, stadium lighting, upgraded restroom facilities, improved accessibility access and parking.
