Christopher Restivo is the proud recipient of a check for $750 from Landmark earned through the Sacramento State CREATE Mentoring Program. Christopher and his mentor Scott Mulligan led their team of eight students from Oakmont High School to design and construct their Teen Center. The structure provided a place to study, enjoy a zip line, work in a greenhouse that conserves water by using two natural ponds. They learned team collaboration, scheduling, planning, building techniques and work assignments. Landmark supports Christopher’s goals to attend Sierra College and then transfer to Sacramento State to finish a degree in Civil Engineering.
