Landmark recently wrapped up a two-year, seven-phase, $55 million modernization and new construction campus transformation for John Barrett Middle School with San Juan USD representing our tenth project with the District. Starting in June 2020 at the beginning of COVID, the team built a new science building, multipurpose room/gymnasium, modernized food court, drama/band/choir classrooms and new front office. We modernized all classroom wings, added a new central campus quad with shade structure, security fencing, paved all roads and sport courts and landscaping. Our innovative phasing and scheduling saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in general conditions with early procurement of long lead-time materials.
