C-Wing HVAC & Roofing Replacement Project

Landmark completed the John F. Kennedy C-Wing HVAC Replacement Project for Sacramento City Unified School District. This project involved the replacement of existing roof mounted HVAC units and existing air handlers as well as the roof. It also required intense collaboration with other contractors onsite and limited access to the roof of a three-story classroom building centrally located on this occupied campus. Awarded in April of 2022, the Landmark team worked with SCUSD, Kitchell, and HMC during preconstruction to procure the long lead HVAC units and ensure on-time delivery.
