Building Addition and Tenant Improvements

Landmark completed tenant improvements and additions delivered via Lease-Leaseback for South Placer Municipal Utilities District. Improvements were constructed within the Administration building and the Maintenance building. A new one-story building addition was also completed, bringing all facilities under one roof. Improvements to the Admin building included renovation and expansion of existing reception area and entrance into the board room. In the Maintenance building, Landmark constructed renovation and expansion of the existing office and locker rooms.

Opticom gate access system was added to the north gate for fire department / emergency response access. Other site improvements included utilities, exterior concrete flatwork, stairs, ramp, patio, and asphalt paving.
