Landmark recently completed the South Placer Municipal Utility District main office project in Rocklin, CA. The Scope of Work consisted of constructing a new building with a tenant improvement build-out of both administration plus maintenance buildings. The new building received a new training room with innovative sound baffles and break room with a new kitchen for the staff. In the Administration building we upgraded design & security of their customer lobby plus the electrical systems. New locker rooms and bathrooms gave it a fresh look as well as modernizing the office space in the Maintenance Building.
