Landmark is near completion of the PCOE (Placer Office of Education) Auburn facility transformation. PCOE provides Early Childhood Education, Prevention & Support Services, Special Education, Foster Youth Support and many other services to the County citizens. To learn more, go to www.placercoe.org. Our Scope of Work includes removing office space to install large roll-up garage doors for vehicle storage & maintenance repairs, transitioning a large conference room and office space to pallet rack storage along with new HVAC & Electrical systems upgrades and new employee break area.
