Crane Work for HVAC Units at Woodland High School

Working together with AAA Crane Services, PMG Construction Services, Mark III Construction, Inc., Shane Brown Electric and DCA – Derivi Castellanos Architects the HVAC modernization project at Woodland High School continues. Safe and precise crane work was required to remove fourteen (14) HVAC units each weighing 4,500 lbs. off seven (7) buildings. The crews then reconstructed new roofing joist sections with new metal curbs to support larger, multi-zoned air handlers containing highly energy efficient gas-powered heating and chilled water-cooling HVAC units that save the taxpayers’ money. Other partners included Waterproofing Associates and Richard Hancock, Inc. the roofing frame installer.
