New Modular Classrooms & Playground/Playfield Improvements

As part of our ongoing support of the Live Oak Unified School District’s Facilities Improvement Plan, Landmark Construction was selected to deliver the following Lease-Leaseback projects for Live Oak Unified School District: Playground Replacement and Modular Classroom at Luther Elementary School, Modular Classroom at Live Oak Alternative, and Encinal Field.

Luther ES Playground Replacement included site demolition, grading, paving, power, lighting and communications. Encinal Elementary School Playfield and Walking Track Rehabilitation included site demolition, grading, new decomposed granite, new grass and irrigation.

Landmark’s work at Luther Elementary School also included relocation of a modular classroom building, replacement of HVAC units, track and field replacement, new stucco and paint at one classroom wing and the much needed remodel of staff and student restrooms.

Despite the challenges presented, Landmark was able to deliver the new modular buildings and site modernization items on time and within budget.
