In December of 2023, Landmark was awarded the District Robotics Center project for Fremont Union High School District. Although located at Cupertino High School, the addition of a new robotics center will provide opportunities for students from all five of the district’s high schools to learn in a highly collaborative environment that will provide inspiration to those who use the space.
On May 19, 2025, Landmark, Blach Construction Company (Construction Management Division), Travis Kirk, Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA), Fremont Union High School District board members and all students in FUHSD Robotics Clubs broke ground on the new Robotics Facility! The 14,500-square-foot facility will replace temporary classrooms and provide dedicated spaces for robotics teams, including field space, spectator seating, workshops, classrooms, and teamwork areas. The facility is designed to accommodate the specific needs of robotics programs, with features like high ceilings for drone use, ESD-protected floors, and WiFi optimized for robotic systems. This state-of-the-art, solar powered, technically advanced, energy efficient facility will support intelligent and creative students that lead the nation in technology and innovation for generations to come.
