Landmark Construction recently completed the delivery of the Capay Elementary School Modernization and New Classroom Building for Capay Joint Union Elementary School District. This project included modernization of 11,240 SF existing classrooms, administration and restrooms. The new construction component included a new 5,280 SF modular classroom building with student restrooms, related site work, grading, paving, utilities, and the relocation of existing relocatable buildings. Landmark worked together with Enviroplex, the modular manufacturer, to successfully deliver this summer modernization and new construction during challenging market conditions.
