New Multipurpose Building
Landmark partnered with Woodland Joint Unified to deliver this new 6,200 SF wood framed multi-purpose building with a serving kitchen, basketball court, and a stage. Delivered via Lease-Leaseback, this new facility is part of the final phase of the Spring Lake campus build out. With concentrated outreach to local, lease-leaseback, and qualified trade partners, Landmark was able to secure highly competitive pricing for the project. Through challenging delivery condition as a result of the pandemic, Steve and Jim effectively worked to mitigate longer than average lead times and material shortages. The multipurpose building is ready to serve generations of students and community members.
