Total Campus Modernization at Center High School Continues

Center Joint Unified School District awarded Landmark an extensive, 22-building modernization project of the Center High School campus in Antelope, CA. Nacht & Lewis Architects, Capital Program Management, Inc. (CPM), Inc. and The Engineering Enterprise has teamed with Landmark to tackle this 519-calendar day endeavor. The project includes extensive MEP upgrades, new campus fire alarm, dry rot repair, new bathrooms, plumbing upgrades, parking lot regrading/repaving/striping, lighting, painting, flooring, HVAC, doors with hardware, finish carpentry, landscaping and irrigation. We also appreciate the professionalism of Alessandro Electric Inc, Inc. and Fischer Tile And Marble, Inc., Inc. shown in these site photos as we have begun upgrading this campus to a new level of modernization, aesthetic beauty, technically advanced critical systems and renovations to provide students and staff with the best learning environment possible.
