New Campus
Landmark was selected as Rocklin Unified’s lease-leaseback partner for construction of their New Elementary School #12. Located in Placer County, the sprawling campus includes approximately 50,000 square feet of educational facilities, including an Administration Building, Library, and Multipurpose Building. The initial phase of construction includes four classrooms building. Athletic facilities include hard courts, apparatus areas, and fields. The single story campus was designed by Rainforth Grau Architects to serve the new Whitney Ranch development.
As part of our quality lease-leaseback construction services, our PM and Super developed a highly functional master schedule, considering any creative solutions which would save the project time. As a result of this IPD approach, it was determined that our framing contractor could pre-fabricate wall panels onsite, concurrent with utilities and foundation work. This efficiency allowed work to advance ahead of schedule, gaining weeks of progress before winter weather.
