Tenant Improvements at Three Sites
PCOE provides Early Childhood Education, Prevention & Support Services, Special Education, Foster Youth Support and many other services to Placer County citizens. Landmark delivered an office modernization at the Main Office in Rocklin, an office to warehouse conversion along with site improvements at 360 Nevada Street Campus, and a playground improvement at the 365 Nevada Street Campus. Scope at the Main Office included demolition of several walls as well as new flooring, paint, and updated restrooms. Scope at 360 Nevada Street Campus included removing office space to install large roll-up garage doors for vehicle storage & maintenance repairs, transitioning a large conference room and office space to pallet rack storage along with new HVAC & Electrical systems upgrades and new employee break area.
